All customers will be charged this fee per visit (limit to once daily) to property, this includes visits for estimates and visits for warranty work.  Residential Price ($65 - $80) Commercial Price ($80 - $100)

*Price per hour* Hourly rate is counted by 15 minutes. If we work at your property for 1 hour and 15 minutes that is all you will be charged for. Labor rate only applies once repair work begins. You are not charged labor rates for Start-Up, Winterization, or for Estimates.

Residential Properties:

-$15 per zone/station plus an additional $15 for the mainline

Remote stations such as standalone controllers and/or NODES will be $15 per zone

****Properties Scheduled after the 1st Dec. are subject to a $10 price increase per zone & per main line. Work prefomed after temperatures have dropped below freezing for a consecutive 12 hours will not be covered under any warranties. 

Any previous warranties for past installations or repairs will be voided after temperatures have dropped below freezing for a 12 consecutive hours (if "the customer" didn't schedule accordingly.) Emergency visits for winterization are subject to a $150 service fee. ***

Commerical Properties: 

-up to 4 acres are $25 per zone/station plus an additional $25 for the mainline. 

Includes draining all water from pipes and back flow.

If an employee of Golden Landscapes needs to enter your crawl space to perform work at the property there is a charge for $50
